I teach vinyasa yoga in a way that blends mindful movement, intentional music, and creative sequencing to help you step out of your mind and into your body.

You can join me for group classes if you enjoy the shared energy of moving and breathing together, or choose private sessions for personalised guidance tailored to your needs and goals.

Whether in person or online, each class is designed to meet where you are - whether you’re seeking a calm, grounding practice or an energising, expressive flow. My aim is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore, release and reconnect with yourself.
